Harris Bank Reaffirms Commitment to Greater Milwaukee Area
Harris to sponsor the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts and open new district office in downtown Milwaukee

CHICAGO, June 9, 2009 – Harris Bank announced today a new multi-year sponsorship agreement that designates Harris as the “Official Bank of the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.” Harris today also announced the opening of its new Wisconsin district office located at 1000 N. Water St. in Milwaukee.

“Harris and the Marcus Center share a common goal of serving and enriching the communities we serve. By supporting a wide range of performing arts, the Center provides cultural diversity and improves the quality of life in the community,” said Tom Bolger, President – Wisconsin District for Harris Bank.” We are proud to support the Marcus Center and this sponsorship in combination with the move of our district offices to downtown Milwaukee, further strengthens our commitment to the greater Milwaukee community.”

We are also pleased to continue to invest private dollars in our public-private partnership with Milwaukee County.”

The Bank’s district office located on Water St. features a Harris Commu nity Banking branch and provides a centralized location for administrative operations, business banking and wealth services in the Greater Milwaukee area. The facility will house 28 employees, including the offices of Tom Bolger and Jill Haupt, Regional President, as well as sales, operations, and community development departments. The new bank branch will be managed by Perfecto Rivera.

Harris’ sponsorship of the Marcus Center and expansion into its new district office enhances the bank’s presence and overall commitment to the Greater Milwaukee area. Harris acquired Merchants & Manufacturers Bank and Ozaukee Bank in 2008.
